Never ask, "What Next?"
When someone has a cold in the house, never ask, "Who's gonna get it next I wonder?", because undoubtably, it will be you....or in this case...ME! Coughing, sneezing...well, you know, all that fun stuff that comes along with a cold. On the other hand, you NEVER, EVER ask, "What could possibly happen next?"...we found out last night during the JV game against Mio. That team is just a big group of cow fed, beefed up bullies. They play so dirty up there!! After one play, the whistle blew and Alex let his gaurd down a little bit and wouldn't ya know, the MORONS from the other team don't LISTEN to whistles and charged through the line anyhow, threw Alex down and broke his collar bone. I was not too happy when I got that phone call!! (I was at Em's basketball game, the parental_unit game split duties ya know.) Needless to say, Alex is VERY bummed and sore. He's gonna have to wear his restraint for at least 6 weeks, meaning he misses his last game and they were also gonna be calling him up to Varsity for the play-off games :(
On another note, Fall has descended upon us. The trees are finally taking on the beauty of the season, the yellows, golds and reds are brilliant. I just can't imagine living in a state where the seasons are less varied. I really am blessed :)
Whitney, my horse, is doing very well. I have still yet to go down to the city so that I can get a girth (cinch), saddle pad and blanket so that I can FINALLY take her out for a ride. I'm still a little nervous about that because of not knowing anything about her riding habits; does she do well with traffic, does she spook easy around brush, do little critters spook her, is she high headed? I'm sure I'll find out soon enough.
I seem to be having problems typing today, I'm doing a lot of dyslexic typing. I guess I'll just blame it on the cold meds. With that blame placed, I think I will stop for now.
Y'all enjoy the beauty of Fall today,
Love Ya :)

How about asking, "What's next for Lyne's blog..."?
