When Darkness Comes Early...

I'm really not enjoying the time change, I rather enjoyed it staying darker a little longer in the morning because it allowed my senses to sleep a little longer and I enjoyed having a little more light during the evening hour. I, personally, think that 5:45 is just too early to be dark out. I don't know, I just feel a little crankier because it feels so much later than it is when it gets dark that early...really bugs me.

So, tomorrow I have to have Alex at the hospital at 8:15 AM so that they can knock him out and straighten his nose. He's not too happy about this concept because he feels his nose is just fine the way it is. The E.N.T. explained to him that it could cause breathing problems later if he doesn't get it taken care of. Either way, he's getting it done. He won't be able to play basketball for a couple of weeks, however, he will be able to condition and shoot baskets and we'll have to get him a face mask to wear during games for a while. Yay :

Well, I just noticed that it's almost time for my parent/teacher conference so I better get off of here and get to the school. I hate to leave right now because the chicken I'm making for supper smells AWESOME!! MMMMMMMMMMM.
