The deed is done

Well...it's done...I'm officially down to 10 credit hours. Yes, I dropped my math class...I'm not saying that I'll never take it, I've just postponed taking it. I have to say, since I dropped it, I feel like a huge weight has lifted off of my shoulders!! The teacher expected us to study 12-14 hours outside of class. I'm sorry, but that's just a little excessive! Not to mention that it was a "writing" class....yes...a writing class. I was trying to do my homework the other night and after filling 4 papers, still had to pages of the "writing" assignment to do AND THEN still had pages of equations to do....it was just too much to do with 10 other credit hours of classes to study for and do homework for. Yes, I will take math at a later time, but it'll probably have to be the ONLY class I take that semester! There, I feel better now! Sorry to anyone I have disappointed.

Today was a very yucky day... I was so looking forward to sending the kids off to school and then having the rest of the day to myself....but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, we had to have freezing rain....school was cancelled!!! No sleeping in, No peace, No quiet.....*sigh* oh well. It's pretty funny that there wasn't school, but dang...the friends sure did find their ways here, lol. They all seemed to have fun later in the evening when they pulled out the Texas Hold'em chips! Boy, did it EVER get loud then!!

I can't wait until thursday....at 9 a.m., the piano guy is going to be here to fix and tune my piano!! WOO HOOO! Christen is especially happy I think since this means she'll be able to resume her piano lessons. I just hope it doesn't cost me my first born child to have it fixed!! Sorry Ben!

Well, I may or may not have school tomorrow so I had better get to bed just in case.
