Lost

I'm sitting here, lost in thoughts of events that have occured. You hear news of things that leave you feeling completely numb because you know there's nothing you can do about it. You want so bad to go there and help or to just be there, but distance, responsibilities, and time keep you from being able to do anything. So here I sit. I have nothing more to say today.
